
Rich creamy sauce meets Johno's Original Spice Blend.

Creamy Chicken Tuscan Pasta
This creamy Tuscan Chicken pasta is a comforting and satisfying dish that combines the rich flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, creamy sauce and Johno's Original Spice Blend with tender chicken and pasta.
Ingredients:
1lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces.
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
½ cup sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Johno's Original Spice blend
8 oz penne pasta
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Season chicken pieces with Johno's Original Spice Blend. In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over med-high heat. Add Chicken and Cook until browned about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add onion, and saute 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and italian herbs, stirring constantly for 1 minutes.
Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and pour chicken broth and heavy cream.
Stir in Johno's Original Spice Blend and bring mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes allowing sauce to thicken slightly.
Cook the Pasta according to instructions until al dente.
Combine chicken back into the skillet with the sauce.
Stir in spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss together until well coated. Stir in parmesan cheese.
